Orders may be placed by completing the order form below. On receipt of your order we will make a sample for your review and e-mail it to you. After final approval you will receive an invoice for the total purchase amount plus shipping if applicable and instructions on how you can make payment. We gladly accept credit and debit card payments through Paypal's secure on-line site. You may also mail us your check or money order. For your safety we do not take credit card numbers over the phone. Please call or email us with any questions. We appreciate your order!
