Customer Satisfaction is our goal!
Our customers are very important to us!  K J's Sweet Expressions will do everything possible to ensure that your experience with us is a pleasant one.

Customer Privacy:
Your information is strictly confidential and used only for internal purposes.  E-mail addresses are only used by K J's Sweet Expressions.  We never give out your e-mail or shipping address.  We only accept credit cards through PayPal, a secure on-line system, which means we never have your debit or credit card information.

Refunds & Returns:
There are no refunds on personalized items.  Please check your proofs carefully for spelling, gramar and punctation.  You have the final approval.  K J's Sweet Expressions will never print until we receive your payment which is viewed as your final approval.  Due to the personalized nature of our business, our products cannot be returned. 

Rush Orders:
We do not charge extra for rush orders.  If we have the time we will gladly accept your order.

Overnight Shipping:
Overnight shipping is available upon request.  Extra shipping rates will apply.

Shipping:
During the months of May through September  we will ship candy wrappers only or mints due to the warmer temperatures.  The chocolate will melt!  The local Knoxville, Tennessee area may purchase chocolate year round.  Although we will do everything possible to ensure that your products arrive safely, K J's Sweet Expressions cannot be held responsible for products that are damaged or melted during shipping. 

We ship via United States Postal Service Priority Mail.   Please be sure someone is available to receive chocolate candy orders in person at delivery time so they are not left outside.  We only ship inside the United States.   We will do everything possible to get your order to you and will provide proof that your order was delivered to the post office for shipment.  However, we cannot be responsible for your shipment once we deliver to the postal service.  If you have a large order you may wish to purchase postal insurance.

Please be sure to give us your full address for shipping.  If we are shipping to a business address you must provide us with the name of the business.  If your order is returned to us for an incomplete address or person not known you are not entitled to a refund.  We will make every attempt to contact you by email and reship your order to the correct address for the cost of the additional postage.

Payment:
We do not start printing your order until payment is received.  We accept all credit and debit cards through Paypal, a secure on-line payment system.  Paypal is the ONLY way we accept debit and credit cards.  For your protection, we do not accept debit or credit card numbers over the phone.  Paypal is the preferred method of payment, however we do accept money orders and personal checks.  There will be a ten day hold for all personal checks to clear. 


Legal Issues:
K J's Sweet Expressions is not affiliated with any of the companies or their divisions and subsidiaries whose products we provide personalized candy wrappers for.  Please refer to the original candy wrapper for ingredient information.  K J's Sweet Expressions is not responsible for allergic reactions or contaminants to any food.  Please be aware that all the chocolate contains milk and some specific candies contain peanuts.  Please check the original label carefully for allergy information.  You may request that no chocolate with peanuts be included in your order.
