Our customers are very important to us! K J's Sweet Expressions will do everything possible to ensure that your experience with us is a pleasant one.
Customer Privacy:
Your information is strictly confidential and used only for internal purposes. E-mail addresses are only used by K J's Sweet Expressions a few times a year to advise you of special offers.
Shipping:
During the months of May through September we will ship candy wrappers only for chocolate bars due to the warmer temperatures. The chocolate will melt! The local Knoxville, Tennessee area may purchase both the chocolate and the personalized candy wrappers year round as arrangements can be made for them to be picked up. K J's Sweet Expressions cannot be held responsible for wrapped candy bars that are damaged or melted during shipping. We will do everything possible to ensure that your products arrive safely.
We ship via United States Postal Service Priority Mail. Please be sure someone is available to receive the chocolate candy wrapper orders in person at delivery time so they are not left outside. We only ship inside the United States. We will do everything possible to get your order to you and will provide proof that your order was delivered to the post office for shipment. However, we cannot be responsible for your shipment once we deliver to the postal service. If you wish to purchase postal insurance for your order please let us know.
Returns and Cancellations:
You must contact us with any discrepancies within 2 days of merchandise receipt. Please check your proofs carefully. We will promptly replace or refund any orders with misprints that are due to our error. Due to the personalized nature of our business, our products cannot be returned unless there was an error on the part of K J's Sweet Expressions such as wrong date printed, misspelled names, or omitting names. You must preview and approve your personalized candy wrapper in order to receive a refund!
Please be sure to give us your full address for shipping. If we are shipping to a business address you must provide us with the name of the business. If your order is returned to us for an incomplete address or person not known you are not entitled to a refund. We will make every attempt to contact you by email and reship your order to the correct address for the cost of the additional postage.
A full refund will be given for all candy wrapper orders canceled prior to final approval. If you cancel after you have approved your candy wrapper, there will be a cancellation fee of 50% of the total order you were quoted.
All returns must be in original packaging and in the condition they were shipped. Due to safety issues, wrapped candy bars are non-refundable and cannot be returned.
Legal Issues:
K J's Sweet Expressions is not affiliated with any of the companies or their divisions and subsidiaries whose products we provide personalized candy wrappers for. Please refer to the original candy wrapper for ingredient information. K J's Sweet Expressions is not responsible for allergic reactions or contaminants to any food. Please be aware that all the chocolate contains milk and some specific candies contain peanuts. Please check the original label carefully for allergy information. You may request that no chocolate with peanuts be included in your order.
